1. System Access Protocols
Athlete Accounts
Athletes must provide accurate training metrics. Shared accounts or protocol manipulation for fraudulent achievements is forbidden.
Gym Facility Accounts
Owners must verify membership accuracy and follow legal financial regulations regarding subscription billing and member privacy.
2. Subscription & Yield
MyGymDiary operates on a high-performance subscription model:

Pre-Launch Commitments
Lifetime discounts locked during pre-launch are non-transferable and valid for the account lifetime.

Revenue Settlements
Payments for gym memberships are processed through secure gateways. MyGymDiary facilitates the architecture but is not responsible for gym-specific refund policies.

Protocol Suspension
Failure to maintain active payment cycles will lead to 'Protocol Suspended' status, restricting access to advanced training intelligence.
3. Code of Conduct
The platform is designed for elite growth. Targeted harassment, malicious system attacks, or the use of automated scrapers to extract trainer protocols will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Liability Boundaries
MyGymDiary provides the intelligence, but the physical execution is yours. We are not liable for training injuries, equipment failure within facilities, or data loss due to unauthorized account compromise if protocols were not followed.
